  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the pickup time will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total rental cost.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup or “no-shows” will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Early Returns

If you decide to return the rental car earlier than the scheduled date, please note:

  • No refund will be provided for the unused rental days.
  • Early return may be subject to an administrative fee, depending on the rental duration and vehicle type.

3. Vehicle Replacement & Service Issues

  • In the unlikely event of a mechanical issue or if you receive a vehicle that does not match your booking:
  • We will provide a replacement vehicle of equal or higher category at no additional cost.
  • If a suitable replacement is not available, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Damage, Fuel, and Late Returns

  • The renter is responsible for any damages, missing parts, or excessive dirt in the vehicle during the rental period.
  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided during pickup.
  • Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily charges based on the rental agreement.
  • Refunds for late or damaged returns will not be provided.

5. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are:

  • Processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
  • Any applicable transaction or payment gateway fees may be deducted.

6. Non-Refundable Charges
